Shipping

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed. Yes we're just as frustrated as you, please allow extra delivery time and do not rely on the carrier's advertised delivery time.

SPECIAL CHRISTMAS DELIVERY NOTE - We recommend UPS 2nd Day Air for any orders placed after December 19th, 2016 to help ensure that you receive your package in time for Christmas.  Orders placed after 2:00pm on December 21st, 2016 MUST be shipped UPS next day air for delivery in time for Christmas.


All expedited orders placed after 2pm MST will ship next business day.
We do ship to international locations!
We have a $10.00 minimum order on all (not including shipping).
We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the time they are placed.  Most orders received before 12pm will ship the same day, but that is not a guarantee.

Refund Policy

We work hard to source only the best product on the market. Whether you purchase our coffee or an accessory, you can be sure that it is a product we believe in.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please email or call us and we will find a suitable replacement for you.

Should you wish to return an accessory item (such as a t-shirt or coffee mug) to us, please contact our staff so that we can handle your return as quickly as possible. Please note that you will be required to ship the item to us in its original package at your own cost. We highly recommend insuring the shipment, as you will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition.

We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in the described condition, we will promptly process it, and credit your account or refund your money in the manner in which we received it.
