We started out crafting and roasting small batch blends to satisfy our passion for the classic coffee flavors that are slowly disappearing from the world. We craft our blends to be reminiscent of classic coffee experiences, and to bring people back to the social aspect of coffee. We are happy to have the opportunity to share our passion with you through our Whiskey Barrel Coffee Classics.

This blend comes from Tal’s travels though Europe in his younger years learning about coffee roasting and blending.
The blend is based on a 100 year old family recipe shared with him during that time. Bold and full with classic Italian flavor. As Tal says “One sip and it’s like you are back in Palermo.”
